Maenadic is currently in active development and is provided as a beta platform. As a user, you acknowledge and accept that this application is under continuous development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or undergo significant changes. Your use of this platform constitutes acceptance of this developmental status and the inherent limitations and risks associated with beta software.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Maenadic, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Maenadic for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Maenadic
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of Maenadic

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Maenadic are provided on an "as is" basis. Maenadic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Maenadic does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Maenadic or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Maenadic, even if Maenadic or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Maenadic could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Maenadic does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Maenadic may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Data Usage and Consent

By creating an account and using Maenadic, you explicitly consent to:

Collection and processing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy
Use of your profile information, measurements, and photos for application evaluation
Storage of your account data, messages, and activity logs on our servers
Processing of sensitive data including medical information (allergies, vaccination status)
Use of application submission data for evaluation and archival purposes
Contact information being used to communicate application status updates

You retain the right to withdraw this consent by deleting your account, though we may retain anonymized data as required by law.

7. Non-Disclosure Agreement

As a user of Maenadic, you agree to the following non-disclosure obligations:

7.1 Confidential Information

You acknowledge that Maenadic contains proprietary information, features under development, beta functionality, and internal processes that are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to disclose any of these elements without express written consent from Maenadic.

7.2 Beta Feature Confidentiality

Since Maenadic is in beta development, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any unreleased features, planned enhancements, or architectural elements you may encounter. Discussion of these elements outside the platform or with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.

7.3 User Data Confidentiality

You agree not to share, publish, or disclose information about other users, their profiles, communications, or any data accessible through your account without explicit consent from those users.

7.4 Limitations

This NDA does not apply to information that is: (a) publicly available through no breach of this agreement, (b) rightfully received from a third party without NDA obligations, (c) independently developed without use of confidential information, or (d) required to be disclosed by law.

7.5 Duration

These non-disclosure obligations shall continue for two (2) years following termination of your account, or as long as the information remains proprietary, whichever is longer.

7.6 Remedies

You acknowledge that breach of this NDA may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are an insufficient remedy. Maenadic shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunction and specific performance, in addition to all other available remedies.

8. Beta Testing Acknowledgment

As a beta user, you acknowledge:

The service may be unavailable or disrupted without advance notice
Your data may be reset or deleted during development cycles
Features may be removed, changed, or fundamentally altered
Security features are still under development and may not be fully robust
You are using this service at your own risk

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Engage in discriminatory or hateful conduct
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
Submit false or misleading information
Engage in any illegal activity

10. Termination

Maenadic may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Service or the associated NDA.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we provide will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maenadic operates.

12. Changes to Terms

Maenadic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, Maenadic will try to provide at least thirty (30) days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of Maenadic following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
